
StairMaster MAJOR 🔑…My favorite cardio machine since I started working out years ago! It is a great way to work your glutes, thighs and also gives you a great sweat! I usually do 20 to 30 minutes 2-3 times a week. While you are on the stairmaster you could skip steps to give yourself more of a challenge. I also like to include glute kickbacks after each step which really works the bootayyy! Video coming soon :)
